- 300g All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups)
- 85g Unsalted Butter (6 Tbsp)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 180ml Warm Water ( 3/4 cup)

The softest, most flavorful homemade butter tortillas with just 5 ingredients. They’re pillowy, slightly chewy, and perfect for tacos, burritos, or simply slathered with a little butter.
Cooking Steps
- 1In a small bowl, combine your flour, salt & baking powder. Mix well
- 2Melt your butter in your water & combine in your flour mixture
- 3knead dough until combined and forms into a ball.
- 4Let rest for 30 minutes to one hour, covered.
- 5Create small dough balls, place back into bowl, covered, and let rest for at least 20-30 minutes
- 6knead each dough ball and flatten until you reach your desired tortilla shape.
- 7To store tortillas for another time, place parchment paper in between each flattened tortilla and put in an vacuum sealed bag for ultimate freshness.
- 8To cook, place flatten tortilla on a flat skillet, cook on both sides until golden.
