Cooking Steps
- 1Heat milk to ~185°F (steaming but not boiling)
- 2Stir in lemon juice and let sit for 10–15 minutes
- 3Strain curds through cheesecloth for 1 hour
- 4Blend with salt until smooth and creamy
- 5Refrigerate and enjoy within 5–7 days
